Accommodation of employees coming to JINR in the JINR housing stock

The Hotel & Restaurant Complex Management Office (H&RC M Office) of JINR is responsible for the accommodation of employees coming to JINR. The H&RC M Office is located at the address: Dubna, 6, Veksler str.

Every employee coming for work at JINR should visit the H&RC M Office the day after the arrival to resolve the following issues:

1.     to sign the residential lease agreement;

2.     to sign the property card.

A) Signing the residential lease agreement

JINR employees are provided with apartments of the JINR housing stock. They are fully furnished, equipped with an electric or gas stove, a refrigerator, as well as a full set of bedding. The entire JINR housing stock is equipped with electricity meters and most apartments are equipped with cold and hot water meters.

The payment includes the following:

- rental of accommodation;

- rental of property;

- utilities (heating, maintenance and repairs of the property of an apartment building, handling of SMW (garbage disposal) and others);

- electricity, cold and hot water supply according to the data of metering devices (if available) or according to the established norm of average consumption (if not).

Payment for the apartment is made to the H&RC M Office in cash or by bank transfer once a month, not later than 15th day of the next month, basing on the payment receipt. A tenant receives the receipt in the Accounting Department (room 20). In case of violation of the terms of payment for accommodation for more than three months, penalties are charged in the amount of 0.1 % of the debt for each day of the delay.

Payment is made in full even if the resident is absent for a long time (vacation, business trip). In case there are no cold and hot water supply meters, you can make a partial reassessment of the apartment rent.

B) Singing of the property card

An employee, who has recently arrived for work at JINR and is accommodated in an apartment, should fill in the property card indicating all the property given to him for use.

It takes place in the apartment where the new employee will live. An H&RC M Office employee comes at a certain time specified earlier and the resident should meet him to fill in the property card. If you do not speak Russian, it is better to invite someone who can translate.

As a tenant, you are responsible for the safety of the JINR property. In case of its damage or loss, you should compensate for the damage to the full extent.

If the property of the third party is damaged due to the fault of the persons living in a JINR apartment (for example, neighbours are flooded), the tenant is responsible for the compensation of the damage. 

At the end of the term of employment at JINR or when changing the place of residence, the condition of the living premises and property is checked using the property card.

In case the tenant wants to purchase any additional furniture or replace outdated furniture with newer one, it is necessary to contact the H&RC M Office to solve this issue.
